COUNTDOWN : Special Parking deal for fans at the first league game on Saturday

Metro Parking are celebrating the challenge win over Tilburg with another £1 parking offer this weekend.

The car park off Huntingdon Street is just ten minutes walk from the Trent FM Arena. It is a crime free car park and Panthers Parking season tickets represent great value over the whole season.

A spokesman for MetroParking told the website today : "It was a good result in the warm-up game against Tilburg and we've decided to reward the fans with another £1 deal, so fans can park from 5pm on Saturday until midnight at this special rate. We'll do it again, not every week, but now and again throughout the season. Meanwhile the season parking ticket deal is still available too."

Saturday sees the first Elite League game of the season with the play-off champions Belfast coming to take on the GMB Panthers, last season's cup winners at the arena in Nottingham. It promises to be a huge game to launch the new ten-team league campaign and everyone is working flat-out behind the scenes to give the players every opportunity to do well on the ice.
