It was a superb night at the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday as Nottingham Panthers beat Guildford Flames 4-3 in the Challenge Cup.

It secured a four-point weekend for Danny Stewart's side following Friday night's 4-0 victory on the road at Manchester Storm.

We are back in action on Saturday as Coventry Blaze visit the Motorpoint Arena in the Challenge Cup.

Both coaches will come up against the former teams in the game (7pm face-off) which is sponsored by Lincs Air Testing.

Panthers Head Coach Danny Stewart spent eight seasons as coach of the Blaze having previously spent four years at the Skydome as a player.

It's a quick return to Nottingham for Kevin Moore who is now coach of the Blaze. Moore was Assistant Coach with the Panthers last season, working with Jonathan Paredes.
