25-26 PRE-SEASON JERSEY DESIGN COMPETITION
We’re asking the Panthers Nation to help design our 2025-26 Pre-Season jerseys.
Here’s your chance to flex your design skills and have your work become part of the fabric of the club.
Entries should be sent to alistair@panthers.co.uk by Monday 12th May. We will choose our favourite and make it a reality.
The creator of the winning design will not only get to see their idea brought to life on the ice during our 2025-26 Pre-Season schedule, but they will also receive a custom replica of the final jersey, signed by the team!
Whilst all entries must be submitted by email, we would love to see you sharing your creations on social media using #PanthersNextJersey.
Here’s how to enter and some guidelines to stick to:
- The jersey should be primarily black (home) but should also work in white (away).
- You do not need to create a white (away) version of your design to enter, but you are welcome to send one if you would like.
- You can create your design using any method you prefer – graphic design software, pens and pencils, watercolours, even a collage. We just ask that you do not use AI-generated images or copyrighted material (except for the Nottingham Panthers logos).
- You can use one of the handy templates provided below if you would like, but it’s not required.
- Entries must be sent via email to alistair@panthers.co.uk by 23:59 on Monday 12th May 2025.
- Please send your designs as either JPG, PNG, or PDF files.

- Oh, and you don’t need to worry about the sponsor logos, we’ll take care of that.

Terms & Conditions
- By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of entry. Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 must provide consent and agree to the Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrants.
- You agree to indemnify the Nottingham Panthers (and its partners) against any claim from any third party for any breach of the Terms and Conditions.
- Entrants under 18 must obtain consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering the competition.
- The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- Entries should be submitted by 23:59 on 12th May 2025 and include the entrant’s name, age, and contact details for notification of any prizes as applicable.
- Any entry must be your original work, and it must not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
- Full copyright title shall be retained by the author of any entry. By submitting an entry, you agree to grant the Nottingham Panthers a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display and exercise all publicity rights with respect to your entry, and/or to incorporate your entry in other works, in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your entry.
- The winning design will be used as the basis for our 2025-26 Pre-Season jerseys. The Nottingham Panthers reserve the right to alter the design as they see fit to meet the club or league's requirements or for any reason.
- The winner will receive one custom replica of the final jersey with their choice of name and/or number on the reverse, in their choice of size from those available. Tickets to Nottingham Panthers Pre-Season games are not included.
- Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- The winner’s name may be published in any online or physical publications relating to the competition.
