Nottingham Panthers host Cardiff Devils in a huge game of Elite League action at the Motorpoint Arena this evening (7pm).

Over 5,000 tickets have been sold already for the game which is sponsored by GVL Recovery.

It's the second meeting between the two sides in three weeks after Panthers won 3-2 in a thrilling Challenge Cup game last month.

Head Coach, Danny Stewart, said: "Beating Cardiff before, of course, gives guys the belief but we know they are a great hockey team.

"Their roster is deep and as good as anyones. They have three lines that can score and their fourth line can buzz and chip-in.

"They have two great goalies and quality on their backend. They really don't have many weaknesses."
