Nottingham Panthers netminder Jason Grande looks ahead to Wednesday's huge Challenge Cup game at home to Glasgow Clan.

The 25-year-old has enjoyed an impressive start to life after a Panther and has started the past five games with Ryan Bednard out injured.

Wednesday's game against the Clan (7:30pm face-off) - which is sponsored by GVL Recovery - is a one-off Play-In game with the winners joining Belfast Giants, Cardiff Devils and Sheffield Steelers in the semi-finals.

Panthers are the most succesful team in the history of the Challenge Cup with eight championship successes since the Elite League formed in 2003-04.

Corey Neilson, who brings his Clan side to Nottingham tomorrow, was coach of the Panthers for six of those Challenge Cup wins, so there's extra intrigue for the clash on Lower Parliament Street.

This game is included in the all-in season ticket. The deadline has now passed for 26-game season ticket holders to secure their seat at the heavily discounted rate.

General sale tickets are still available and are significantly reduced from normal matchday prices. Adult, Senior and Student tickets cost just £15 with Teen and Junior only £10.
