The Nottingham Panthers have parted company with defenceman Craig Moore.

The 27-year-old joined the Panthers in the summer from Dundee Stars.

He made 17 appearances this season, contributing four assists from the blueline.

The Panthers would like to thank Craig for his time with the club and we wish him all the best for the future.

Meanwhile, defenceman Duggie Lagrone has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

Lead Sports Therapist, Laura-Jo Bowler, said: "After the first concussion, Duggie underwent an extended return-to-play protocol to ensure he was safe to return to playing.

"However, shortly after returning he sustained another concussion. Due to sustaining two concussions within a six-week period, the medical team has constantly monitored his progess over the past few weeks.

"Since the injury, Duggie has undergone various investigations and imaging and continues to work closely with specialists and our medical team.

"Duggie’s long-term health is at the centre of the team’s approach and so he will not be returning to the ice again this season.

"The team will continue to work with him to ensure he continues progressing through the rehabilitation process with the hope he can return to the ice next season."

Lagrone will be placed on the Injured Reserve list for the rest of the season and he will remain with the club at the moment as he continues his rehabilitation.
