PLAYOFF HOCKEY: PANTHERS TRAVEL TO GUILDFORD

Nottingham Panthers begin their playoff campaign with a trip to Guildford Flames in the quarter-final first leg (6pm face-off).
The second leg takes place at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham tomorrow (Sunday) with a 5pm face-off and we're down to the final few tickets.

The playoffs got under way last night as Glasgow Clan beat Sheffield Steelers 3-1 at the Braehead Arena in the first leg of their tie.
The two other quarter-finals are Belfast Giants against Dundee Stars and Cardiff Devils versus Coventry Blaze.
Panthers Head Coach, Danny Stewart, said: "Everyone's excited and upbeat for playoffs. We're looking forward to it.
"The more this team has spent together you can see the benefits and how well they play together on the ice.
"We have created belief that we can compete for trophies. It's a close group and they recognise there's one trophy left to play for."

​Panthers have a couple of injury concerns ahead of tonight's trip to Guildford.
