Quinn Wichers is the guest on BBC Radio Nottingham this evening from 6pm.

The defenceman will speak with Adam Hassell on In The Game - the weekly show dedicated to ice hockey on the BBC.

He'll talk about the start to the season so far, this weekend's action and speak about his career in hockey.
