2023-24 SEASON TICKETS: MESSAGE FROM CEO OMAR PACHA
Hi Panthers Nation,
I hope everyone is keeping well and ready for a very important run in to the end of the regular season here at the Panthers.
I am excited to launch the sale of our season tickets for season 2023-24. It goes without saying that our season ticket holders are the heart and soul of our club - and we simply can’t exist without you.
We have tried our best at the club to put our season ticket holders at the forefront of everything we do - and we will continue to do so in the upcoming season with more exclusive season ticket perks and the addition of a discounted renewal price for current season tickets.
Of course, like many businesses up and down the land, the club has faced major inflationary pressures this past year. However, we have tried, as we always will do, to keep our prices as low as possible for season ticket holders. With adult season ticket holders getting the equivalent of at least seven free games, we feel our prices are as competitive as ever.
In keeping with the above, we have decided to keep the season ticket at 26 games which will leave one regular-season game spare. This non-season ticket game will be a midweek fixture and will be heavily discounted for all fans.
With midweek games being less popular for both season ticket and non-season ticket holders alike, we will attempt to fill the arena and to see if we can replicate the success that other teams in the league have had with similar initiatives.
Off the ice this season, we have received significantly positive feedback from our season ticket holders regarding the improved fan engagement and gameday entertainment. As well as improved transparency with our fans and really engaging behind the scenes content from our excellent media output, our principle aim is to unite the club and the wider fanbase - and it's something we have really worked on since I arrived at the club.
Whilst I am happy overall with the strides we have made, there is still plenty of room for improvement that I intend to implement step-by-step.
Now, whilst Rome was not built in a day, there is no denying that this has been a disappointing season thus far on the ice, where it matters most. I would be the first to admit that mistakes were made last summer. However, we as a club have attempted all we can to try and turn the season around, including working to the maximum playing budget allowed under Elite League rules, signing six new imports during the season and of course, making a coaching change to bring back our most successful coach in club history.
There is still a lot of hockey to be played this season and the club is fully behind the coach and the team as we aim to finish as high up the league table as possible and make a big push for the playoff trophy.
I would like to assure all our loyal fans that under my leadership, I will not rest until we get this club back to competing at the top of the table. Once the season has finished, I will hold an exclusive event with our season ticket holders to discuss our aims for next season, where I believe we need to improve and how we intend on doing so.
Finally, I look forward to seeing all our fans at our last few remaining regular-season home games and also welcoming both old and new season ticket holders alike to the Panthers family as we continue to push this great club forwards together to where it should be – competing and winning, on and off the ice.
Merci,
Pach
