Paul Adey to be Guest of Honour on a night of great memories
βPanthers legend - and former player and coach - Paul Adey will be Guest of Honour between two of his former clubs.
The 96-97 season was a memorable one in Panthers history as we lifted the Benson & Hedges Cup.
A second-placed finish in Group C behind Sheffield saw Nottingham reach the knockout stages with four wins in six matches - a group that also contained Solihull Blaze and Peterborough Pirates.
Panthers beat Cardiff Devils 5-4 on aggregate after penalty shots in the quarter-finals, before a 6-3 aggregate victory over the Steelers in the semi-finals.
The trophy was secured with a 5-3 victory over Ayr Scottish Eagles in the final at the Sheffield Arena.
Panthers finished fourth in the Superleague table and also reached the final of the playoffs but were beaten 3-1 by Sheffield in Manchester.
We can't wait to see these shirts for real on Saturday and to welcome you all to the Motorpoint Arena.
Demand for the game - which is sponsored by Flowervision - has been high ever since tickets went on-sale last month and there's currently fewer than 300 tickets remaining.
This game is expected to sell-out so you are urged to purchase your seats as soon as possible.
