Adam Goodridge has been appointed as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Nottingham Panthers.
Goodridge will oversee day-to-day operations of the club, while reporting to CEO Omar Pacha.
Pacha said: “I am delighted to welcome Adam to the club as COO. Adam has been a part of the Panthers for practically his whole working life, working as Equipment Manager while running his own successful businesses based in Nottingham.
"Adam joined us on the off-ice side of the club last season in a business development role and really impressed both myself and the rest of the management team.
"He is extremely passionate about the Panthers, is very driven, has a great business mind and we are excited to have him now working full time on driving the Panthers forward."
Goodridge said: "I am honoured to take on the role of Chief Operations Officer.
"The Panthers have been a cherished part of my life since the age of seven sitting in Block 1 of the old building to Equipment Manager for 24 years, then Business Development Manager for a year and now COO. I am hugely motivated to help propel the Panthers to new heights.
"As COO, I will be spearheading strategic initiatives to drive organisational excellence, enhance fan engagement, help grow the number of fantastic partners we have and support the growth and development of the club. I am excited to have the opportunity to help lead the Panthers into a bright and successful future."
