ADAM JOHNSON: FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS

One year on, Adam Johnson, forever our 47, will forever be in our hearts.

Today, we will all spend time remembering the person he was and the impact he had on all our lives.

Adam was not only an outstanding ice hockey player, but also a great team-mate and an incredible person.

Our thoughts continue to be with Adam's family, friends and team-mates.

Thank you to the #PanthersNation for your unwavering emotional support at Sunday's game with Manchester Storm and for coming together to pay tribute in his memory.

It was poignant that Manchester, who joined us to celebrate his life in the Memorial Game last season, were with us on Sunday as we honoured Adam's memory with 47 seconds of applause.

We'd also like to thank the other nine Elite League clubs for their tributes across the weekend on what was a difficult few days for so many staff, officials, players and supporters in the EIHL.

The ice hockey community is one very special community and that was on show once again at the weekend.
