BEAUREGARD REFLECTS ON GOLDEN PLAYOFF MEMORIES
🎟 PLAYOFF FINALS WEEKEND - BUY TICKETS HERE 🎟
For many Nottingham Panthers supporters, when you think of the playoffs a name that springs straight to the mind is David Alexandre-Beauregard.
Beauregard spent the best part of three seasons in Nottingham between 2010 and 2013 as part of the golden era led by coaches Corey Neilson and Rick Strachan.
In three seasons, Panthers won an Elite League title, three Challenge Cups and three playoff titles.
Beauregard scored the game-winner in two successive playoffs finals, both over Cardiff Devils, as a 5-4 victory in 2011 was followed by a 2-0 win in 2012.
One of the best pure and nautral goalscorers ever to play for the Panthers chatted to Panthers TV - in association with Jeremias Chimney Systems - this week to talk about those playoff memories.
He also discusses about the amazing bond the team had and what's needed to win a playoff final.
Nottingham face Belfast on Saturday afternoon (3pm face-off) at the Motorpoint Arena in the first playoff semi-final which is followed by Sheffield Steelers against Cardiff Devils (7pm).
The Grand Final takes place at 5pm on Sunday after the third v fourth-placed game (1pm face-off).
It's the biggest and most exciting weekend of the UK ice hockey season and you can be part of it.
Tickets are still available and Panthers supporters are advised to book blocks 18 and 19 when the main allocation in 15, 16 and 17 sells-out.
