BELFAST NEXT UP FOR THE PANTHERS ON SATURDAY
🎟 SATURDAY: PANTHERS v GIANTS - BUY TICKETS 🎟
After qualification was secured for the knockout stages of the Challenge Cup last night, The Nottingham Panthers return to Elite League action when Belfast Giants visit the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday night (7pm face-off).
It's the first of three league meetings between the two sides in Nottingham this season.
The Giants have made an impressive start to the Elite League season with nine wins from 11 matches, including last night's stunning 9-3 win over Cardiff Devils in Northern Ireland with Steven Owre scoring four times.
Panthers beat Manchester Storm 5-4 in the Challenge Cup last night with Matthew Myers scoring twice, while JC Brassard, David Levin and Mike Hammond were also on target.
Matty Bloor - on his 18th birthday - replaced Alex Dubeau who left the game because of injury and the British netminder led Panthers to the win in his first taste of senior hockey.
It's set to be a great occasion and a big crowd on Saturday, so get your tickets quick.
