CARUSO LOOKS AHEAD TO WEEKEND ACTION

The Nottingham Panthers defenceman Mike Caruso speaks with Panthers TV - in association with Jeremias Chimney Systems - ahead of the weekend action.

Panthers travel to Sheffield Steelers in the Challenge Cup on Saturday (7pm face-off), before hosting Cardiff Devils at the Motorpoint Arena in the Elite League on Sunday (4pm).

Caruso said: "We are making improvements and moving in the right direction - and we need to keep that going this weekend.

"We look forward to the challenge and this would be a big weekend for us to get a couple of wins."

Panthers host Cardiff on Sunday on the back of Wednesday night's 6-2 victory over Glasgow Clan.

"It would be great to carry on a bit of momentum," continued Caruso.

"Our support has been fantastic and we love playing in front of our own fans.

"We want to do well for the fans, put on a good show and keep moving in the right direction."
