There's another massive game on Wednesday night as Nottingham Panthers host Glasgow Clan at the Motorpoint Arena.

The game - which is sponsored by First Title - faces-off at 7:30pm and Panthers can go second in the Elite League table with victory.

It's a clash of two of the league's in-form teams after both sides secured four-point weekends.

Glasgow beat Cardiff Devils 4-1 on Friday led by two goals for Rylan Schwartz, while Mitchell Heard and Cole Ully were also on target.

Last night, the Clan were 2-0 down going into the third period on the road at Belfast Giants before Liam Finlay and Heard took the game to overtime and Ully netted the game-winner to secure a 3-2 overtime victory.

Panthers had two big wins over the other two Scottish teams, starting with Saturday's 4-0 success over Dundee Stars.

Quinn Wichers, Tim Doherty, Matt Alfaro and Didrik Henbrant were all on target and Jason Grande secured a 27-shot shutout.

Panthers followed it up with a 4-1 victory at Fife Flyers last night with Sam Herr scoring twice and there were also goals for Jaakko Niskala and Matt Spencer.

Grande set a franchise record for the most consecutive time played without conceding.

The Panthers netminder, who had secured back-to-back shutouts against Belfast and Dundee, wasn't beaten for 170 minutes and 57 seconds until conceding a powerplay goal late in the second period.

It's another massive night of Elite League action on Lower Parliament Street on Wednesday, so make sure you join us and secure your seats now.
