The Nottingham Panthers forward Luke Ferrara has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

Ferrara suffered a tear in his wrist last month and has been in rehabilitation for the past few weeks with a view to returning to match action.

However, the injury has not healed as quickly as was hoped and the medical team took the difficult decision to rule him out for the remainder of the campaign.
