Nottingham Panthers kickstart a weekend roadtrip triple-header this evening against Belfast Giants at the SSE Arena (7pm face-off).
It's the first of two matches in two days against the Giants before the Panthers travel to Scotland to face Dundee Stars on Sunday.
Head Coach, Danny Stewart, said: "I have told our guys these are going to be two high-paced physical games against the Giants.
"They're a top team in this leage and we have to match that. We can't go in there and play conservative.
"We have to play physical and we play heavy. We also have to play to our strengths which is speed and our pace.
"We did to have the discipline to do it over the course of 120 minutes for both games."

Panthers will once again be without defenceman Quinn Wichers who continues his recovery from an upper body injury.
Fellow defencmean Jaakko Niskala has missed the past three games, but is expected to take his place back in the line-up tonight.

With it being a triple-header, it's a triple Shirt Off His Back running across the weekend.
The jerseys of Otto Nieminen, Hugo Roy and Jordan Kelsall are all up-for-grabs.
