The Nottingham Panthers travel to The Spectrum today to face Guildford Flames in the Elite League (6pm).

It's the first of two meetings in four days between the two sides with Panthers and Guildford also going head-to-head on Wednesday at the Motorpoint Arena (7:30pm face-off).

Panthers go into the game on the back of last night's 4-2 defeat by Cardiff Devils.

Nottingham came from 2-0 and scored twice in 46 seconds in the third period through Jake Ryczek and Didrik Henbrant to tie the game.

But the visitors secured the points through Jamie Arniel's game-winning goal and Joey Martin's empty-netter.

Head Coach, Jonathan Paredes, said: "We have to play with high-tempo and play for 60 minutes to get a result in Guildford.

"We need to play to our structure and have attention to detail."
