GAMEDAY PREVIEW: BLAZE v PANTHERS

It's a road game for The Nottingham Panthers today as they travel to the Skydome to face Coventry Blaze in the Viaplay Elite League (5:30pm face-off).

It's the second meeting in three days between the two sides after Panthers came from 4-1 to win 6-4 at the Motorpoint Arena on Saturday.

Brett Welychka scored a hat-trick while Stephen Anderson, Craig Puffer and Luke Ferrara were also on target.

Welychka said: "It will be a very different game on Monday. It's a smaller rink and things happen quick.

"They're a quick team so we will have to be ready right from the get-go.

"They are a good team and in their rink you can see their record, it's very good."

Team News
Panthers will be without injured defenceman Duggie Lagrone who remains out of action.

Craig Moore also misses out but he continues to edge closer to a return and is expected to take part in full training in the coming days.
