GAMEDAY PREVIEW: PANTHERS HOST GIANTS
🎟 TONIGHT: PANTHERS v GIANTS (7PM) - BUY TICKETS HERE 🎟
The Nottingham Panthers face Belfast Giants at the Motorpoint Arena this evening in the Viaplay Elite League (7pm face-off).
Another large crowd will be in attendance in excess of 5,000, so it's worth getting your tickets as soon as possible today.
The two sides meet for the third time in nine days after a win a-piece last weekend in Northern Ireland.
The Panthers come into the game on the back of last night's excellent 3-1 win on-the-road at Glasgow Clan, while Belast lost 4-1 in Cardiff.
Head Coach, Corey Neilson, said: "Belfast are a great team and we saw that last weekend.
"They were two tough games against one of the best teams in the league.
"We wil need to be at our best tonight and not take a shift off. We must remain focused or they can hurt you."
Team News
Panthers will be without defencemen Duggie Lagrone who remains out because of injury (week-to-week).
Fellow blueliner Craig Moore is also out of action with an injury (day-to-day).
Pride Night
Hockey is for everyone and we celebrate that tonight at the Motorpoint Arena with Pride Night. Our friends from Notts LGBT+ Network will be in the foyer ahead of the game and in the intermissions.
The Panthers Vault is now £500 - could you be the winner?
It's now £500 on the Panthers Vault after four successive wrong guesses. It's £1 per entry and if your ticket is drawn out of the hat, you go rinkside with DJ Ken Feast to try and win the money inside the vault. Choose one of the players from the Panthers roster shown on the jumbotron to reveal a four-digit code. Only one of the players has the correct code to unlock the vault!
Chances to win in the Fifty50, Shirt Off His Back and Chuck-a-Puck
Tickets for the Shirt Off His Back raffle will be on sale in the foyer and around the concourse for £1 per entry. With all other shirts being availabe in the Pride jersey raffle, tonight's shirt will be defenceman Albin Lindgren and the winner will have it presented straight to them on the ice after the game.
Tickets for the Fifty50 raffle - in association with Temple Printing - are sold in the foyer and around the rink for £1 each. The lucky winner will go home with a fantastic cash prize.
If you aren't successful in either prize draw, please make sure you keep your tickets. All tickets are put back into the hat for the second-prize draw and the winner will be announced on our social media channels and website within the next couple of days.
In tonight's Chuck-a-Puck, you could win four tickets to next Sunday's clash with Glasgow Clan and free parking for the game at Broad Marsh car park if you land your puck closest to Paws at centre-ice. Pucks cost £1 each and can be purchased in the foyer. Chuck-a-Puck takes place at the start of the second intermission.
