HOCKEY FIGHTS CANCER JERSEY UNVEIL

Nottingham Panthers are proud to announce we will wear very special Hockey Fights Cancer jerseys against Belfast Giants on Saturday 23rd November.

We know the Hockey Fights Cancer night is one that so many of the #PanthersNation can identify with and we will once again be raising money for charity.

These beautiful jerseys will raise money for our good friends at the Nottingham Hospitals Charity Oncology Ward.

The Hogarth Ward is located at the City Hospital and specialises in the care of 19 to 24-year-olds who are undergoing treatment for cancer.

It currently has four in-patient beds and a day-care facility which helps patients feel comfortable and at home whilst undergoing treatment.

With the support of the Panthers, the ward is aiming to refurbish the outside roof area to allow patients respite from their rooms and treatment, whilst enabling them to socialise with other young people being treated on the ward.

The newly designed garden will have various areas which patients and their families will be able to enjoy whilst still being cared for by the staff on the ward.

Game-worn jersey raffle
There's a great chance to get your hands on a game-worn jersey for a bargain price!

The jerseys that the team will wear against the Giants can be won in via a online raffle.

Tickets cost just £1 each and the raffle will launch a week on Friday (22nd November).

The majority of these jerseys will be game-worn, although some will be game-issued for players that do not play in the game.

We're thrilled to announce that 100 per cent of the profits will go to Nottingham Hospitals Charity Oncology Ward.

There's also five chances to win a custom replica of our special Hockey Fights Cancer jersey.

The replicas will be up-for-grabs in the Shirt Raffle a week on Saturday, with tickets costing £1 and on sale from across the rink.
