INJURY UPDATE: MIKE CARUSO

The Nottingham Panthers defenceman Mike Caruso will be out of action for the next three to four weeks because of injury.

Caruso picked up the injury in Saturday night's Premier Sports Elite League game with Coventry Blaze at the Motorpoint Arena.

Lead Sports Therapist, Laura-Jo Bowler, said: "After seeing a specialist, it was recommended that Mike stays off the ice for a while to give his injury the best chance of healing in the long term.

"Mike will be working with the medical and the strength and conditioning team to make sure he stays match-ready for when he returns to the line-up."
