IT'S BLAZE NEXT AT HOME FOR PANTHERS

After two wins at the weekend to start the Challenge Cup campaign with four points, Nottingham Panthers are back at home on Saturday at the Motorpoint Arena.

Coventry Blaze are the visitors in the cup for a 7pm face-off - a game sponsored by Lincs Air Testing.

Matches against our Midlands rivals are always intense so, as ever, expect plenty of passion on and off the ice.

There's two interesting reunions too as Panthers Head Coach Danny Stewart comes up against his former team.

Stewart spent eight seasons as coach of the Blaze having previously spent four years at the Skydome as a player.

Meanwhile, it's a quick return to Nottingham for Kevin Moore who is now coach of the Blaze.

Moore was Assistant Coach with the Panthers last season, working with Jonathan Paredes.

It's another Saturday night hockey night in Nottingham next weekend and these are very special nights.
