The Nottingham Panthers start a three-game weekend this evening with a trip to Scotland to face Dundee Stars in the Elite League (7:30pm face-off).

It's the second meeting between the two sides in a couple of weeks after Panthers skated to a 6-2 victory at the Motorpoint Arena last month.

Nottingham then play back-to-back matches against Manchester Storm in the Challenge Cup, with tomorrow's home match (7pm face-off) being followed by a trip to Altrincham (5:30pm).

Panthers were beaten by Cardiff and Fife last weekend, but Head Coach Gary Graham feels his side can come out of a tough patch stronger.

"When you go through adversity, when you come out of it the team learns from it," said Graham.

"With our group right now we have to do simple hockey and force other team to make mistakes.

"In Dundee, we have to make sure we have a good start and are disciplined.

"We are going to need all hands on deck and we have to play smart."

Team News
Panthers will be without defenceman Mike Caruso (injured reserve) this weekend, but he'll be free to return for next Saturday's Challenge Cup match at home to Sheffield Steelers.

Mike Hammond is set to return to the line-up but Andrew Johnston, who missed last week's match at home to Fife, is set be out of action again (day-to-day).
