Nottingham Panthers host Cardiff Devils at the Motorpoint Arena this afternoon (4pm face-off).
The two sides go head-to-head in the Aladdin Cup - a game sponsored by AR Signs.
Panthers took part one of the double-header last night with a 2-1 victory after penalty-shots in Wales.
Reid Duke put the hosts ahead in the first period, before Didrik Henbrant's equaliser on the powerplay in the second session.
With no futher goals, Kristoff Kontos scored the only goal of the shootout and netminder Ryan Bednard turned away all five of Cardiff's efforts to add to his 44 saves in the game.

The Panthers expect to be at full-strength for the visit of the Devils to Nottingham this evening.
Ollie Betteridge and Josh Tetlow will play at home for the first time this season after making their reutrn last night following Great Britain duty.
Panthers Pre-Game Show in Saltbox
The pre-game show gets under way at 2pm in Saltbox this afternoon hosted by DJ Ken Feast.
Equipment Manager Mitch Bowler is the special guest interview, while once again there will be prize giveaways in the competition.
The pre-game podcast will see Ken joined by Jono Bullard and BBC Radio Nottingham's Chris Gadsby.

Nottingham Parking Services will be in the foyer today and there's a chance for you to win free parking for next season.
Anyone who signs-up for a Panthers Parking Pass for this season will be entered into the draw.
Pin badge collection
The exclusive season ticket holders pin badges will be available for collection today for supporters who sit in Blocks 9 to 13.
They can be picked-up from the concourse at the back of Block 19.
Panthers Vault is now £2,300 or dare you gamble for the mystery box?
The Panthers Vault - in association with Interseal Fire Protection - is up to £2,300. Tickets cost £1 and if yours is drawn out of the hat, you go on the ice with DJ Ken Feast to try to win the money inside the vault in the second intermission. Choose one of the players from the Panthers roster shown on the jumbotron to reveal a four-digit code and see if it unlocks the vault.
The contestant who goes rinkside won't be leaving empty-handed whether they crack the code or not, with two tickets for an arena show on offer at each home game. The tickets are kindly donated by the arena's main sponsor, Motorpoint. New from this season there's a twist. Dare you give up the chance to go for the money to open the Mystery Box? Last weekend, the ticket winner chose to go for the Mystery Box and took home a pre-season jersey, a Panthers cap and £125 in cash. There's new item/s inside the box now. What's inside? Nobody knows!
Chuck-a-Puck
It's fun for all the family and Chuck-a-Puck - sponsored by Motorpoint - is back for another season. It takes place in the second intermission and the winner is the person who lands their puck closest to Paws at centre-ice. The winner gets a photo with their favourite player at the end of the game, a signed puck and a voucher for two pizzas.
This season there's a bonus prize! There will be a remote control car driving around the centre circle. If your puck lands inside the cockpit of the car, you have a chance to win the bonus prize of two tickets to an event at the Motorpoint Arena. Pucks cost £1 each and are on sale from sellers around the rink.

It's our final home game of pre-season and so it's a very special whole team Shirt Off His Back. Tickets are £1 each from sellers around the rink.
