It's a very special day with the Matthew Myers Testimonial Game taking place at the Motorpoint Arena.

The 37-year-old fans' favourite is currently in his 11th season with the Panthers and has been part of some of the biggest moments in our history.

Myers helped Nottingham win five playoff championships, five Challenge Cup trophies, as well as the much-coveted Elite League title in 2013.

His first spell in Nottingham from 2004 to 2009 was followed by a three-year stint between 2010 and 2013. Myers also spent the 2015-16 season with the Panthers before returning again in 2021.

Matthew Myers Testimonial Game - important info
Doors open at 1:30pm tomorrow with warm-up getting under way at 2:30pm.

Player intros and the intro video will start at 2:50pm. Many thanks to Will Fry and SMP Europe for their support with this.

The first game faces-off at 3pm.

DJ Spice will be playing sets throughout the afternoon, as well as the lovable Ken Feast on roving mic duties and smooth Stef Litchfield with the important announcments - it wouldn't be the same without them.

Chuck-a-Puck
​There’s a great chance to win a very special prize of a signed Matthew Myers stick. The winner will be able to come down the dressing room after the game and have the stick signed by Matthew himself. Chuck-a-Puck costs £1 per puck and will be available in the foyer.

Shirt Off His Back
Win one of Matthew’s shirts, literally straight off his back. The winner will be able to come to ice level and receive the shirt from Matthew straight after the game. Tickets cost £1 and will be available in the foyer.

Auction, meet the players, have a drink and watch England in the World Cup
An auction of the game-worn shirts of the past Panthers players will take place in Spotlight (level four) of the Motorpoint Arena after the game. The Spotlight bar will be open and it’s also a great chance to meet players past and present. You can also stay and watch England’s last-16 game at the World Cup with Senegal, with Spotlight showing the game which kicks-off at 7pm.

Merchandise
Matthew Myers testimonial merchandise will be available in the foyer. Make sure you take a visit as there's a wide selection of hoodies, t-shirts, caps and beanies.
