MYERS PART OF GB TEAM IN WIN OVER POLAND

Nottingham Panthers forward Matthew Myers was part of the Great Britain team which beat Poland 4-1 in their second game at the Euro Ice Hockey Challenge at the Skydome Arena in Coventry.
Mike Hammond, who scored in last night's 3-0 win over Japan, was rested as GB rotated their 31-man roster.
Myers played on a line with Jonathan Phillips and former Panthers forward Robert Lachowicz, with Corey Neilson behind the bench as Assistant Coach.
Sam Duggan, Cam Critchlow and Davey Phillips were on target for Pete Russell's side, as well as former Panther Brett Perlini.
GB complete their Euro Ice Hockey Challenge campaign tomorrow afternoon against Romania at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham (4pm face-off).
