NEILSON PRAISES PANTHERS' INTENSITY
The Nottingham Panthers Head Coach Corey Neilson has praised his side's intensity as they secured a 5-4 overtime victory at Cardiff Devils on Sunday night.
Stephen Anderson scored twice in regulation time before Albin Lindgren scored the overtime winner to secure the Panthers the extra point.
Neilson said: "It's a good sign when teams rise to challenges. I thought we played with intensity.
"I thought the game was good and we did some great things. When one part of our game wasn't strong, we were creating chances which I really liked.
"Sometimes you have to be a little bit looser and faster. We got some good breaks and some good chances.
"At times we were dynamic which we haven't seen a lot of, but that's a good sign."

The Panthers now have a week off with the Elite League shutting down for the international break, with Great Britain taking part in the Euro Ice Hockey Challenge next weekend.
Panthers return to action a week on Tuesday (14th February) with Belfast Giants visiting the Motorpoint Arena (7:30pm face-off).
