It's a New Year's Eve showdown as Nottingham Panthers host Coventry Blaze at a sold-out Motorpoint Arena in the Elite League (4pm face-off).

The game - which is sponsored by GVL Recovery - is a second successive sell-out after a capacity crowd witnessed Saturday's festive clash with Sheffield Steelers.

Panthers and the Blaze are two of the most in-form teams in the Elite League heading in 2025.

Coventry sit third in the Elite League table on 28 points with Panthers in fifth on 27 points.

Head Coach, Danny Stewart, said: "The Blaze are a dangerous team and they're having a great season.

"They have quality up and down their roster so we will have to be on top of our game as usual.

"It's sure to be an exciting series and they are two more vital games in our season."

Panthers Vault is now a huge £4,100 or gamble for the Mystery Box
The Panthers Vault - in association with Interseal Fire Protection - is now up to £4,100 after last Saturday's contestant opted for the Mystery Box. Tickets cost just £1 and if yours is drawn out of the hat, you go on the ice with DJ Ken Feast to try to win the money inside the vault in the second intermission. Choose one of the players from the Panthers roster shown on the jumbotron to reveal a four-digit code and see if it unlocks the vault.

The contestant who goes rinkside won't be leaving empty-handed whether they crack the code or not, with two tickets for an arena show on offer at each home game. The tickets are kindly donated by the arena's main sponsor, Motorpoint. Dare you give up the chance to go for the money to open the Mystery Box? What's inside? Nobody knows!

Chuck-a-Puck
Chuck-a-Puck - sponsored by Motorpoint - is great fun for all the family. It takes place in the second intermission and the winner is the person who lands their puck closest to Paws at centre-ice. The winner gets a photo with their favourite player at the end of the game, a signed puck and a voucher for two pizzas.

There's a bonus prize too! A remote control car drives around the centre-circle. If your puck lands inside the cockpit of the car, you have a chance to win the bonus prize of two tickets to an event at the Motorpoint Arena. Pucks cost £1 each and are on sale from sellers around the rink.

Full team Shirt Off His Back
Panthers will wear their gold Christmas wrapped-up jerseys this evening and they'll all be on offer on a full team Shirt Off His Back.

That's 32 chances to win! Tickets cost just £1 each and are available from sellers around the rink.
