The Panthers Pre-Game Show is the perfect start to your hockey night in Nottingham with the action getting under way from 5pm in Saltbox.

Hosted by Sam Hurst, this week's interview is Panthers photographer Adam Gouldson who will talk about his role and life away from the rink.

As ever, there's Panthers prizes in the competition which will see two contestants go head-to-head on-stage.

This will be followed by the pre-game podcast to preview all the action and look back on the past week.

There's special offers too with 10 per cent off food and drink - and Panthers Beer for £5.

Panthers v Flames (7pm)
On the ice, Panthers play their first competitive match of the season at home as Guildford Flames visit the Motorpoint Arena in the Challenge Cup.
