The Panthers Pre-Game Podcast is back for another season, starting with a preview to the new season and a look ahead to this weekend's back-to-back action against Sheffield Steelers.
Jono Bullard, Chris Ellis and former Panthers netminder Dan Green discuss what's in store in the coming months.
They chat about how the squad have been shaping up in pre-season training camp, while Dan uses his own experiences to talk about how players stay in shape in the off-season.
There's also conversation about the size and age of each 10 Elite League clubs, while the guys discuss who could be captain and alternate captains this season.

Panthers begin their pre-season campaign on-the-road in Sheffield on Saturday night, before returning home to host the Steelers on Sunday at the Motorpoint Arena (4pm face-off).
The two sides will go head-to-head in the GM the GM Memorial Cup in Nottingham - an annual game in memory of the Panthers' former General Manager Gary Moran.
It may be called pre-season but don't let that fool you. It's the two biggest rivals going head-to-head twice on one weekend.
