SHELDON LIVING THE DREAM WITH THE PANTHERS

Nottingham-born British netminder Luca Sheldon says he's living the dream playing for the club he supported growing-up.

The 21-year-old, who came through the Nottingham Ice Hockey Club junior system, has signed a two-way contract for a second successive season and will once again ice with NIHL 1 side Nottingham Lions.

The British netminder got his first taste of on-ice action in last season's third v fourth-placed playoff match against Sheffield Steelers.

Sheldon chats to Panthers TV - in association with Jeremias Chimney Systems - about the feeling of playing for his boyhood club.

He also talks about how training with the club last season improved him as a player and his aims for the new season.
