SPECIAL HOME-TOWN HONOUR FOR COACH STEWART

Nottingham Panthers Head Coach Danny Stewart has been inducted into the Wood Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.

Danny was part of the Class of 2024 inductees - alongside his brothers Bobby and Jay - for the Hall of Fame for their home town.

A special presentation took place after our recent game with Cardiff Devils where Danny was presented with a Hall of Fame ring and photo collage.

The presentation was made by Diane Phillips, the wife of Curtis J. Phillips who is the Founding Father of the Wood Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.

Diane's brother, Brian Parker, is one of the owners of Cardiff Devils.

Panthers CEO, Omar Pacha, said: "Everyone at the Panthers would like to congratulate Danny on this award.

"This is a great honour for him and his family and one that I am sure they will cherish."
