SUNDAY PREVIEW: PANTHERS TRAVEL TO GUILDFORD

It's Elite League action for The Nottingham Panthers this evening with a roadtrip to face Guildford Flames (6pm face-off).

It's the first of six league meetings between the two sides this season with two vital points on the line.

Both sides played in the Challenge Cup last night with Nottingham losing at home to Sheffield Steelers and Guildford beating Coventry Blaze at The Spectrum.

Panthers Head Coach, Jonathan Paredes, said: "I have told them that they need to take care of the body.

"We need a new mindset and we will watch video in the morning about Guildford. They are the same kind of team to us - they play fast. We have to reset and play better."
