THANK YOU: OVER 1,000 TEDDIES AT THE TEDDY BEAR TOSS

The Nottingham Panthers would like to thank our amazing supporters for their donations in Sunday's Teddy Bear Toss against Dundee Stars.

Ollie Betteridge was the proud scorer of the Teddy Bear Toss goal as over 1,000 teddies rained down onto the Motorpoint Arena ice.

Betteridge said: "Anytime you score a goal at home is special, but to score the one for the teddies was awesome.

"It's always a great occasion and I think the boys enjoyed helping clear them up. Our supporters are always fantastic and it was great to see so many donated."

The Panthers suppporters have been donating teddies and soft toys to deserving children at Christmas for over a decade now and this was our best yet, even topping last year's fantastic achievement.

As ever, a huge thank you to Nic Williams, The Renewal Trust and all the volunteers for their support with the Teddy Bear Toss.

The teddies will now be delievered to those in need this Christmas. Thank you again - your support was amazing.
