Kickstart your weekend with our Weekend Preview featuring interviews with Head Coach Danny Stewart and defenceman Cooper Zech.

Zech has returned to full-contact training but won't be ready for this weekend, although he is edging closer to a return to action after injury.

Stewart looks back on last weekend as well as previewing two huge games in the next two days, while Zech talks about his recovery after being out of action since mid-September.

Following Saturday night's trip to Guildford Flames in the Elite League, Panthers return home on Sunday to host Cardiff Devils at the Motorpoint Arena (4pm).
