SOLUTIONS FOR ACCOUNTING CELEBRATING 25 YEARS

Long-time sponsor Solutions for Accounting celebrated 25 years in business at The Nottingham Panthers' game with Belfast Giants at the weekend.

The Nottingham-based company invited guests to Saturday's game, which also involved some special pre-match hospitality.

Panthers CEO Omar Pacha was on hand to present Iain Barker, the company CEO, with a special signed Panthers shirt labelled with the number 25.

Solutions for Accounting are the UK’s leading provider of financial management and CRM software solutions, helping transform businesses and drive growth.

Iain Barker said: "Looking back, it’s hard to believe that Solutions is now a quarter-of-a-century old. The world was a different place back in 1998 and so was our business.

"I started this business with just one employee, me. To evolve into a business with multiple offices employing 50 plus staff has been an amazing personal journey. I am so proud of everything we have achieved over the years.

"As a local company with strong roots in the community, we are huge supporters of all our local sports teams. Since 2001, we have been passionate sponsors of the Nottingham Panthers and we are delighted that our 25th year in business is our 21st year of sponsoring the team.

"This year also marks our ninth year as the main sponsor for the Nottingham Lions and we are thrilled to extend our support of both teams year after year.

"Of course, I couldn’t have done this all on my own, and I wouldn’t have wanted to either. I am so grateful for the fantastic team of loyal and wonderful staff who have helped to build Solutions for Accounting and CRM into the business it is today, and I would like to pay tribute to each and every one of them, old and new, past, present and future.
